Teaching-Learning Process is the heart of Education. We apply child centered approach in teaching-learning process through play way method and activity based learning. Various effective teaching methods are practiced by teachers to achieve the goals and purposes of teaching-learning process such as inductive- deductive method, explanation method, demonstration method, group discussions, seminars, lecture method, symposium etc.

Value education and moral education is imparted to inculcate feeling of self sacrifice and co-operation, leadership qualities, social behavior and such others to the students.

We believe- ‘All the intelligent children are not creative, but all the creative children are intelligent.’ Hence scope is provided to bring out innate qualities of our students through drawing, art and craft etc.

For an effective teaching-learning process we must always remember- ‘To teach John, you should know the John.’
